Parts Supply

All the products we sell as Port Puzzle are produced in Turkey.

Spare parts for every product we sell are available in sufficient quantities in our stocks.

You can easily order the part of a product you ordered, or a product that is lost or broken, or even the part of a product you want to have as a spare, here.

What you need to do for this:

On the Product Page above,

- Select the product code from the Product Code section.

- Write the part number of the product you want to order in the Part Code Section.

- Please specify the quantity of your order in the Quantity Section next to the Add to Cart Button.

IMPORTANT: If your part orders are in different codes, you must add the products to your cart separately for different product parts.

NOTE: We recommend that you check the Product Part Number after selecting your Product Code so that we can ship the correct product parts ordered. Product parts ordered incorrectly cannot be exchanged or refunded.
