Delivery Information
- Your orders will be delivered to the carrier within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) of receiving bank approval.
- Depending on the distance from the delivery address to the contracted carrier, the carrier will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.
- In the event of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified using your membership details. It is therefore important that your membership details are complete and accurate.
- Delivery will not be made on public holidays.
- All products selected by you will be delivered to you with the guarantee of the carrier the product is shipped with by the carriers we have contracted.
- The products you have purchased will be notified to you with a confirmation email.
